During your time together, be sure to ask them questions about their business and family – as well as any suggestions as to how you can help them in 2018. Gather your team for a brainstorming meeting. This is the perfect time of year to ask questions and listen to their feedback. Your employees are vital to your success and are in touch with customers on a daily basis. As you listen to what they have to say, immediately start identifying where your strengths lie, and where you need to tweak your process to work smarter. The time spent doing this will boost employee morale and you may find some last minute opportunities that will increase your sales going into the new year!
