One key ingredient in R2R’s secret sauce is trust. We trust one another to do our jobs well, and that makes us extremely efficient. One of our team members coined it “The Efficiency of Trust.”

With trust, overall performance improves. It enables team members to work together more effectively, allocate resources more wisely, and share their energy more efficiently.

Of course, this all goes back to something we’ve said before — hire good people and stay out of their way. This is hard to do as a business owner, but if you’ve hired good people (and we’re sure you have), challenge yourself to let go of some of the stress and trust them to do their jobs well.

It takes time to develop a culture of trust. It won’t feel like flipping a switch, but making that investment today will help you realize enhanced efficiency and performance in the future.
